This team plays a pivotal role in building robust teams through training and enablement. We play a key role in assisting the product revenue growth by building well trained teams to ensure their success at all levels.

Your Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative learning/e-learning solutions for engineers.
• Work with teams to create and integrate multimedia elements such as audio and video into eLearning modules, workshops, and other educational presentations.
• Program management including communications, scheduling, and pre & post-session preparation.
• Support in establishing professional development programs for teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the business impact of delivered learning programs.
• Basic reporting knowledge.
• Share feedback on the performance of learning activities to support course enhancements and future learning experiences.
• Innovative, team-oriented, and have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment.

Basic Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in Training & Enablement/ Instructional Designer roles.
• Experience in dealing with multiple internal senior level stakeholders.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate Storyline & Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools Instructional Designing tools.
• Able to create project storyboards and develop scripts effectively.
• Understanding of Salesforce tools, Customer Success workflow is a plus.
