Job Description
Role Purposemanagement team. The successful candidate will be involved in the day to day delivery of Agile development projects.
The role will take responsibility for delivering at least one small team (up to 15 members) or a sub-team within a large team for ongoing software development project.
The role is heavily client focusing and will involve engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders.Day to day responsibility for delivery of software development projects.
Removal of impediments and blockers to project progress.
Develop and encourage continuous learning within teams.
Accountable for delivery of a project.
Highlight the risks, issues to Delivery Manager (DM) and execute mitigation plan, corrective actions.
Maintain project artifacts (backlog items, burndowns etc.) to ensure effective running of delivery projects.
Build productive client relationships and identify and develop opportunities for new business.
Management of project budget.
Maintain project artifacts (backlog items, burndowns etc.) to ensure effective running of delivery projects.
Ensure process (project level, organizational) compliance
Perform the role of Scrum Master (in Scrum based project team)
- Experience in at least one Agile Methodology (preferably Scrum).
- Familiarity with structured program and project management approaches (preferably PRINCE2).
- Intellectually strong with an excellent academic record.
- Experience of successful full-lifecycle software project delivery.
- Experience of working in a client facing environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Innovative, flexible self-starter with excellent analytical skills.
- Skilled facilitator.
- Proactive personality and able to work autonomously.
- Good team player with a collaborative approach to working.
