About the role: This role is to oversee the company's procedures before and after hiring new employees, including processing employment documents while making sure our hiring procedures comply with labor laws and will ensure our hires get a warm welcome and experience smooth onboarding to their new roles.
Expectations/ Requirements: 1. Oversee our company's procedures before and after hiring new employees. (Onboarding) 2. Responsible for handling onboarding space and activities majorly. 3. Maintain reports & spreadsheets for historical data, and manage email queues. 4. Work closely with Operations for daily, weekly & monthly reports.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role : 1. MBA Freshers/1 year of experience in HR Operations. 2. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills 3. Basic excel and analytical skills to complete daily activities.
Education: Must be an MBA in HR.
