Job description

  • Effectively manage a portfolio of various types of returns or cancellations of website
    orders
  • Update and maintain records to ensure complete refunds to the customers
  • Respond timely to internal and external inquiries for information relative to
    customer queries
  • Identify notification issues, coordinate resolution, and take corrective actions as
    needed
  • Engage and address any customer inquiries related to any Daniel Klein products
    either on calls, emails, or verbally
  • Collaborate with the service team handlers in preparing/repaired customers
    watch
    Must Have
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
    Microsoft excel
  • Strong Communication SkillsEmail writing skills

Good To Have

  • Experience in the e-commerce sector
