What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will guide our internal and external stakeholders and manage the product life cycle development from start to end. Your roles and responsibilities will include understanding requirements, creating a project timeline with deliverables with a multitude of cross functional teams, delivery as per the timelines and customer expectations and ensuring that the product stays relevant and up to date post delivery. Additionally your roles and responsibilities will include:
Create a Product Development plan within the mutually agreed timelines and allocate tasks as per the plan.
Ensure adherence to technical standards for product design, development and testing.
Ensure project review w.r.t. the project intent in the allocated projects with strong focus on 'design it right' the first time spirit.
Understand the problems in design, manufacturing and assembly. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve and develop long-term solutions.
Project planning, estimating, coordinating and controlling project solution, delivery/implementation, financial planning and forecasting and repeated business success, if required
Scheduling and management of progress and resources, and delegation of tasks.
Establishing appropriate project quality standards in consultation with customers/partners, engineers and implementing appropriate management practices/processes/systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
Establishing effective, open communication channels among project participants and all key stakeholders.
Facilitating the production of project documentation and reports for executive management.
Establishing clear project/product baselines, clearly defined Scope Of Work & deliverables.
Upon delivery of the project, establish an MOQ and repeated business for revenue generation utilizing the relationship and product quality post installation.
If the product being built is in house, ensure the product is built as per the requirements with strong focus on quality. Enable the team to improve the product post launch.

As a successful candidate, you must have:
B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with MBA from a reputed institute with 5+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience of leading multiple cross functional teams
Exceptional ability to create accurate project plans as per the customers finalized SOW
Willingness and ability to learn and use new technology and concepts
Effective problem solver: Ability to define the problem, brainstorm alternatives, choose best strategy and implement the solution.
Extremely accountable person who will ensure all processes linked to projects are followed 100%
High level of detail and reporting for all projects
Must enjoy leading and taking responsibility
