Delivery Manager- Informatica - Pune @ Principal Global

Job Description

3 years of Project Management experience and close to 8 years of IT application development using ETL, Informatica, DW technologies & Cloud experience.

Primarily responsible for Projects Delivery & Management within Time, Budget and Quality Standards defined by Company.

Essential Functions:-

1. Planning and estimation, scheduling, task allocation, monitoring & control, reviews.
2. Relationship Management and Partner Satisfaction Process improvement & adherence.
3. Establish and continually improve project management and execution processes including Risk Management, communication, defect management & prevention.
4. People Management- Staffing, Skill building, Back-up Planning.
5. Employee Satisfaction. Mentoring team members. Handling Appraisals & feedback.

Must have: Education: Graduate - Bachelor's degree (any stream)

Skill Set:

1. Strong proficiency in Insurance, Asset Management and Financial services functional domain.

2. Proficient level of competency in all areas of business analysis with a very strong usage of a broad range of business analysis Techniques in a variety of project contexts.

3. Knowledge expertise especially in Business liason and Product Owner role in Agile / SAFe methodology.

4. Good inter personal skills, Excellent communication and time management skills, Ability to drive the results and ownership.

5. Flexibility and stretch mindset.
