Job Description:
Handling customer queries on call
Providing satisfactory resolution to meet stipulated SLA and AHT.
Candidate profile:
Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
Good at customer handling skills.
Open to work for rotational shifts.
Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure.
Qualification:
SSC having 1 year international voice experience in BPO.
HSC or Graduates having 6 Months domestic/international voice experience process in BPO.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may be considered
Ex-Employees are always welcome, subject to eligibility.
Process:
UK and Aus
Salary: As per market standards + incentives(upto 40,000)
