Regional Managers will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of respective regions.
Product Gold loan. Have to control 150 people.
Monitoring Operational efficiency and Asset quality in regions.

Required Candidate profile

Leadership,Customer obsession,Commercial acumen, Analytical skills, Resource allocation, handling stress, Compliance.
Must be mature enough to manager 150 people.
Conversant in local language & English (proficiency in read, write and speak required)
