Main Responsibility:

As Head PMC, his role is to support the growth of PMC services by leading business development activities and project delivery in our Building & Infrastructure vertical.

Important aspects of the position are to:
* Generate new business through marketing initiatives and develop long-term business relationships;
* Represent IRCLASS with potential clients, government agencies, potential and current partners and competitors
* Advise on any trends and developments in the construction market
* Lead projects delivery including setting up teams and implementing IRCLASS projects standards and procedures
* Ensure that the project is planned and structured for success
* Set up project strategy including procurement routes, programme, construction logistics, design approach
* Maintain client relationships
* Direct project teams and manage resource planning process to deliver to client expectations while meeting and/or exceeding profitability targets;
* Monitor financial performance of these projects in line with IRCLASS financial reporting, project reviews and other mandatory requirements.
* Ensure IRCLASS contracts administration and compliance with company procedures
* Monitor project team performance and take corrective action as required
* Support other IRCLASS Business Verticals as required

Education:Bachelor's degree in Engineering , M.E.Construction Management will be an added advantage.

Experience : 15+ years experience in the construction industry with a main contractor or PMC firm

Preferred Qualifications
* International experience is an asset
* Experience with leading Design build / EPC / EPCM contracts is an asset
* Management degree is a plus
