Job Description
(Responsibilities + KRAs):1.Effectively convey vision, ideas, goals, and issuesas well as produce data driven reports and presentations
2.Ownership and accountability for project communication
3.Foster stakeholder relationships globally while balancing the project requirements
4.Promote teamwork, resolve (Project and People), conflict, set goals and evaluate performance and make sure team members have the tools, process knowledge and resources that they need to get things done
5.Coach and guide team on process and production excellence
6. Organize tasks in the right order, to hit the right outcome at the right time
7. Stay focused and be able to manage own time and others effectively for successful project outcomes
8.Identify recurring issues in the content produced by the project teams and take corrective and preventive measures
9.Create, track, update project release schedules/trackers as required
10.Meet planned and committed project release goals
11.Identify risks well before they become issues and come up with effective mitigation plans so that the risk of them ever becoming issues is nullified.
12.Demonstrate understanding of instructional and visual communication design
13.Provide solutions to customers requirements for both custom and Zoho library content
14.Compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills :-
1.Technical Skills & Qualifications:
2.Ability to listen, to be clear and ensure youre understood.
3.Worked on different SAAS based applications or Zoho application like Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho People & Zoho Recruit etc. experienced in integrating third party services
4.Server Side Scripting in Deluge Scripting, JavaScript, and J-query
5.Knowledge about integration with API and Web Books
6. 10 - 12 years of hands on progressive project management work experience in fast paced eLearning content development/ custom content development/ content production organization in a similar role leading/managing global projects is essential for this role.
7.Excellent communication (excellent written and verbal skills), influencing and presentation skills, with excellent attention to detail.
8.Proven skills in developing effective partnerships with key stakeholders and providing leadership support for driving change initiatives
9.Hands on experience with strong working knowledge of project management practices
