Job Description

Sales Officer is a customer-facing professional whose primary responsibility is to source Home Loan from Open Market through marketing activities, cold calls & references. Also, they need to work closely with the branches and facilitate the branch leads to disbursement

• Cold calls to be done in the location mapped to him / her and ensure the leads are generated.
• Distribute brochures in the area to generate leads.
• Conduct market visits and promote the product to prospective customers.
• Explain the product details, features and benefits to the customers.
• Understanding customers requirement for Housing loan and pitching the right product as per requirement.
• Logins to be done with complete set of documents as per the login checklist.
• Maintain daily sales report.
• Collect references from every login customer for AHF
