Job Opening with a leading life insurances company Relationship manager (Mumbai & Pune)

 

Experience and Skills

Full time master degree in relevant discipline, preferably in management
Min 3 years of experience in B2B sales/business development/account management preferably from professionally services
Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations with high degree of responsibility
Executive presence and strong communication organizational, verbal and written
Flexibility to travel as needed within/outside the place of posting
Good understanding of basic financial concept


Role & responsibilities

Craft go to market strategy for given territory across industries

Work with existing corporates to implement NPS for their employees
Generating leads through various means like references, internal leads, professional sites and cold calling
Prospecting and meeting corporate clients (Mostly CXOs and VPs) and discuss the benefits of NPSfor their employees
Collate critical market information and competitive data to draft or update GTM strategy
Make presentation for the top management and employees of target corporates
Negotiate terms of engagement and register corporates under NPS scheme
Draft implementation plan for the corporate employees across their locations and managing the implementation project with help of associates
Subscriber addition through existing and new clients
Fund addition to PFM business by means of regular contributions and transfer of funds from SF schemes
Build, manage and guide the team to support corporate employees for onboardings and servicing.
Keep self and team updated with latest PFRDA guidelines and processes with respect to NPS
Work closely with various stakeholders like product team, operations team, marketing team, CRAs and other cross functional teams
Critical to have engagement and relationship with corporates in assigned geography
Getting large organizations to shift their retirement fund to NPS
