Job Description

1. DM water Quality assurance.
2. Quality of ENA.
3. To prepare Blends as per standard recipe.
4. To perform Sensory Evaluation of blend.
5. To comply state excise rules and regulations.
6. To comply with FSSAI guidelines.
7. To maintain documentation of operations as per State Excise, FSSAI and internal requirements.
8. To ensure QA on bottling during production operations and documentation.
9. To visit ENA sourcing units for selection and dispatch of ENA.
