Job Description

  • Technical support activities for laptop desktop, data & server management  
  • Remote desktop/laptop troubleshoot to end user  
  • End user /customer interaction on daily basis  
  • Administrator should be able to monitor the IT Infra structure for its availability, capacity usage, hardware and OS errors and failures  
  • Handle first-level incident / Service request and resolution on a 24x7 support as per the agreed SLA  
  • Timely escalation of incidents to higher level when required  
  • Preparation of Daily performance report/productivity report/mail box monitoring  
  • Perform basic Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures  
  • Follow quality / security process defined for the engagement  
  • SOC/InfoSec tickets managements
