Answering customer queries on phone/toll free/email/social media, about - SuAyu products, services, availability, online shopping. Taking feedback of product & services, making cold calls for customer relationship management.
And all other activities which is applicable to customer services.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
