Job Description
We are urgently hiring for HR- Talent Acquisition Role at Andheri East.
Job Profile :
1. Handling end to end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure for BPO division.
2. Sourcing candidates, aligning interviews, posting jobs on portals etc.
3. Actively sourcing profiles from all job boards and references and social networking sites , scheduling F2F interview.
4. Closing positions within TAT.
5. Vendor Management, Coordinating with consultant for closure.
