  • Key Responsibilities : 1-Incident, problem, change, and service requests management 2-Troubleshoot and resolve issues pertaining to integrations with target applications 3-Triage and resolve incidents pertaining to user access 4-Manage methods of multi-factor authentication - resets and unblocks for users 5-Support Service desk and users for re-enrollment requests for DUO and Azure MFA 6-Investigate failed Azure logins, resolve or document investigation
  
  
  • Technical Experience : 1-Hands on experience on Azure SSO , Azure MDA, DUO 2-Ability to understand the network security concepts or terminologies 3-Understand the Identity Management Lifecycle completely 4-Work in shifts and provides after-hour and weekend on call support when required 5 SLA Management and handling client escalations 6-ITIL knowledge Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Release Management
