Job Brief -
We are looking for a qualified team leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance. He will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
Create a better mode of operations to make customer service easier for both team members and customers. Observe performance of team members to identify their strengths and weaknesses and make arrangements to strengthen their loose ends. Also, take disciplinary measures against any team members who are found imperfect.
As a team leader, he should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
