JOB DESCRIPTION FOR STAFF NURSE (HOMECARE)

Qualification Required- GNM and BSC Nursing

Minimum Experience- 1 year

Upper Age Limit- 35 years

Salary 19k to 25k monthly

Travel Allowance Rs 100 per duty & will get attached with salary and payable daily.

Shift- 12 hr both day and night shift Weekly 6 days working

Location- A circle with radius to 20km of his/her residency.

He/she must have to cover in an unordinary case he /she relocated to entire covering city but that is a rare case

Role and Responsibilities

1. Maintaining care for all patients during their shifts
2. Recognising the change in a patient's health conditions and responding appropriately
3. Recording and monitoring a patient's vital signs
4. Promoting well-being by educating patients on self-care techniques
5. Consulting with doctors and other medical staff to determine the optimal treatment plan
6. Administering over-the-counter and non-intravenous medications
7. Changing dressings of the wounds
8. Nurturing a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to the patient and their family members
9. Operating medical equipment with accuracy
