• Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
• Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Key Responsibilities : Asset and CMDB Updates Service request management for IMAC tickets Discovery and Asset inventory reconciliation Gap analysis and reporting Scheduled Reporting Maintain currency on policy and process documents Track lease and warranty data in support of refresh as well as end of life processes
  
  
  • Technical Experience : strong knowledge on ITAM tools like ServiceNow, BMC, Flexera Minimum 4 plus years of experience ServiceNow Minimum 5 plus years of experience in IT asset / CMDB management
  
  
  • Professional Attributes : Excellent written and oral communication skills
  
  
  • Educational Qualification : Graduate with 15 years of education
