• Project Role Description :Configure, integrate and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. Manage back office system data records. Support customer activations and configuration adjustments.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1: Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure 2: Applies specialized knowledge to analyze, design, diagnose and resolve issues in complex and hybrid enterprise environments 3: Effectively communicates procedural and technical issues to internal and external stakeholders 4: Participate and lead conference calls with customers and vendors 5: Develop documentation and the Technical support knowledge base to reduce troubleshooting time and resolve
  
  
  • Technical Experience : 1: Network security engineer with good experience on Firewall and NetScaler Load Balancer with 3-6 years experience 2: Designing, building and managing networks with multiple vendors and devices over on-premises and cloud network 3: Experience on firewalls mainly on Palo Alto and Juniper SRX Firewalls 4: Experience on infrastructure topology: DNS, DHCP, TACACS 5: Implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of WAN/LAN connectivity solution including MPLS, S2S VPN and P2P connections
