Own a set of Key Accounts and Project Applicators for the given segment/geography and drive all the activities for sales generation from those accounts/applicators
Sales Objective: Prepare the sales funnel from identified projects of the accounts and build an order pipeline for all accounts. Achievement of sales objective (volume/value, product and segment wise) for assigned geographies/ assigned set of customers
Key Account Management: Identify Key Accounts in the area, influencer network in key accounts and develop strategy to tap the business. Identify opportunities for contract jobs and other product supply opportunities. Engage with respective influencers for contract jobs and with the purchase organization for supply opportunities
Applicators and Distributor Ecosystem Management: Identify and develop relationship with adequate number of Project applicators based on the segments being driven. Drive Loyalty / Engagement of the respective Project Applicators
Adhere to the Commercial policies of the division (including necessary documentation for creating customer codes)
Keep a track of competition activities in the owned accounts, capture and share the same with RM
Actively participate in business reviews conducted in the region as per the laid down process
