Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable web-based business applications.

Participate in code and design reviews to ensure quality and conformance to product

Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies; presenting

Provide guidance and direction on architecture standards and technologies.

Contribute in all phases of the development life cycle.

Proactively suggest process and functional improvements.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

5-8 years of hands- on development experience with full stack java web applications: Java,

JavaScript, SQL, J2EE, Spring, REST, XML, JSP, application servers and web servers.

Thorough understanding of fundamental software engineering and computer science principles:

object-oriented design, structured design, database, algorithms, refactoring debugging.

Work experience on modern front-end development, frameworks like ReactJS and that of state

management frameworks like Redux (with middleware) will be plus.

Excellent understanding of programming and testing concepts, design patterns, and best

practices, and can translate that understanding directly to implementations

Exposure to database techniques/tools such as data modelling, Oracle, SQL, etc.

Mentors the team on technology concepts and ensures team compliance to best practices for

Exposure to Agile/SCRUM methodology.

Excellent debugging/Troubleshooting skills.

Able to build consensus/alignment on objectives.

BTech or MTech in Computer Science, MCA with at least 60% throughout academics.
