Dear Candidates,

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for an E commerce industry who will be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing.

Requirements-:

Proven experience as talent acquisition specialist for 2 to 7 years
Non IT recruitment required(60%)
Leadership hiring experience is must.
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Degree in business administration, human resources or relevant field
