Requirement gathering and analysis from US clients
Coordination with Designers Programmers Testers
Online meetings and Demos
Software installation, Set-up, Training
Post Launch Support
Cross-selling/Up-selling
Only night shifts US time zone

Required Candidate profile

Excellent Oral and Written Communication
Must have worked in similar profile
Experience of talking to clients in US/Canada on Phone
Knowledge of WDLC, SDLC
Must know Demos, S/W installation
