Job Description

The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) reports to the Chief Resident Medical Officer and Medical Director
Build and maintain relationships between the Director of Nursing, Director of Clinical Services, Hospital Management, Consultants, Medical, Nursing Staff and the Multidisciplinary Team
Responsible for Risk management, assessing changes in the patient's condition, initiating emergency treatment and informing the consultant immediately
RMO is also expected to act as a team leader in a cardiac arrest situation
Perform all the other clinical, patient, customer, consultant, administration, patient care and emergency related activities

Required Candidate profile

Must have a commitment to excellence in clinical service, be forward thinking and demonstrate problem solving abilities necessary in this environment
Good communication (written & verbal), analytical and problem solving skills, good interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team and Ability to work under pressure
Management of acute related emergencies, fully registered and current license to practice as required by Law
