Job Description:

• Answering Voice Calls, managing mail communications, chat platform as well as monitor social media platforms

• First Call Resolution and Grievance Handling

• Opening, tracking and review incident and service tickets in call logging tool/Ticketing system

• Follow up with respective stake holders within customer, vendor and company for task, approvals, resolution and planned activities.

• Focus on complex issues related to operation aspects that cannot be resolved at lower level support

• Understanding of nature of issue and proper classification and prioritization of tickets

• Daily, Weekly and monthly updating of trackers and reporting with data on escalation history and manages requests for information regarding escalations

• Develops, documents and follows up on after-action plans

• Act as remote society administrator and manage virtual teams with leadership skills

• Strive for customer satisfaction

• Administrative and inside sales support to sales, pre-sales and management team for travel, appointment management, invoicing and co-ordination with customers.

Qualification required:

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce.

Do keep in mind that Experience role requires you to:

• Be comfortable to work 6 days a week including weekends

• Week off will be on weekdays.

• Candidate must be comfortable to be based at Site Office

• Travel within the city or in between sites, if required.
