Job Description

Radio Frequency network design and planning
Analysis and planning of traffic distribution
Cell design and cell parameter design
Build and operate a management database and software update flow
Optimization of RF network design and parameter settings

Required Candidate profile

3+ years Practical experience in RF network design, planning or optimization
Working knowledge of LTE simulation tool or radio measurement tool (Atoll, XCap, etc.)
Knowledge of LTE / 5G KPI, practical experience is required
Business level English
