GATHER REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS FROM THE END USERS THE CUSTOMIZATION AND CONFIGURATION OF THE APPLICATION PERFORM GAP ANALYSIS THE PROCESS AND SYSTEM FUNCTIONALITY ESTIMATE THE TIME / RESOURCE REQUIREMENTS PERFORM CUSTOMIZATION THE BASIC DATA USING SAP PROVIDE DECISION ON PLANNING STRATEGY AND CONFIGURATION , CUSTOMIZATION OF DEMAND MANAGEMENT PERFORM DATA TRANSFER BETWEEN SAP SYSTEMS TO NON - SAP SYSTEMS , PROTOTYPE AND TEST REQUIREMENTS
