Job Summary:

The Marketing Digital Experience and Platforms team is seeking an experienced Senior Developer for our Marketing Leads Flow and Automation team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of technology services supporting leads capture and flow into marketing/sales systems, ensuring their reliability and scalability to support the business's growth goals.

Job Duties:

• Develop marketing technology microservices, including responsibility for design, testing, and deployment.
• Build tools for lead collection, such as web forms, database and external vendor API integrations.
• Integrate APIs into lead services, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with company standards.
• Ensure compliance with PII data regulations by implementing data security measures and working with governance data teams.
• Implement AWS cloud solutions, optimizing for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code, managing resources and deploying changes to AWS.
• Employ GitLab and Jenkins for code management and continuous integration, working with Dev Ops engineers to create build and testing processes.
• Use TDD practices for software quality assurance, identifying and fixing bugs and ensuring code quality and reliability.
• Provide oversight for junior developers and QA, managing and mentoring team members and reviewing code changes.
• Manage story refinement and release management practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a closely related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience working in an engineering role.
• Demonstrated expertise in working with AWS Cloud Technologies, including Lambdas, API Gateways, Queues, and Databases, and exhibit proficiency in JavaScript & React.
• Possess a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining complex technology stacks.
• Have experience working with distributed teams across multiple global geographies.
• Exhibit excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with business stakeholders for requirements, planning, and delivery.
• Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address technical issues and risks.
• Have experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Have a demonstrated history of mentoring junior developers.
