Job Description

• Responsible for planning and execution of prospecting efforts towards lead generation through various outbound channels like poster activity, outbound campaigns, mass open houses, job fairs, social events, referrals of on-boarded candidates, college activity, etc.
• Experience in field recruitment and bulk-hiring
• In addition, support the Recruitment and HR team to build a network to attract candidates and build a strong on-ground presence
• Experience in field recruitment and bulk-hiring
• Should belong to the local area or have local area knowledge
• Should be able to communicate in the local language
• Mass recruitment; Blue-collar hiring
