Department Profile
The Fixed Income Division is comprised of Interest Rate and Currency Products, Credit Products and Distribution. Professionals in the Division assess and actively manage risk, trade securities, and structure as well as execute innovative transactions in the fast-paced and constantly changing global markets. The Commodities Division is a market leader in energy, metals, and agricultural product trading worldwide whose professional s trade in both physical and derivative commodity risk.
Primary Responsibilities
Drive institutional client account opening from start to finish
Work with business units to take a risk-based approach to onboard clients in an efficient and expeditious manner
Ability to identify materiality and create executive summary from Background check report issued for Client Risk Review
Prepare presentation materials for internal governance review of new client opportunities (e.g., Client Selection Committee)
Be a co-owner alongside Sales Team in expanding our client base via the onboarding process
Liaise directly with prospective clients and collaborate with internal stake holders to deliver consistent best in class account opening experience to our clients
Work with AML/KYC team to ensure timely completion of AML/KYC requirements
Maintain an onboarding tracker and provide weekly and ad hoc updates to Asia Commodity Sales Team on the new client onboarding pipeline
Proactively identify areas of improvement and suggest viable solutions
Perform management reporting and data analysis on account opening
