Payment Lifecycle Analyst Team Leader @ Conneqt

Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 1. Perform day to day Cash Management. This would involve Cash processing along with Funding (FX management, Liquidity processing & Time deposits). 2. Assist the team with daily deliverables and queries while also being able to pitch in with approvals. 3. Identify the areas of risk and ensure relevant controls are in place. 4. Work with minimal direction/independently, keeping management informed of progress and escalating issues. 5. Able to investigate and resolve issues and ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner. 6. Work with stakeholders in middle office teams and trading desks and ensure that deliverables are completed. 7. Identify areas of risk and highlight to management and stakeholders. Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities: 1. Asset management experience 2. Any relevant Cash Management experience 3. Bachelors degree required 4. Excellent communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior. management 5. Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint 6. Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes 7. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail oriented, and strong interpersonal skill 8. Good knowledge of various financial products. 9. Ability to deal with different stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, procedures, and processes. 10. Ability to work in a high-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work. 11. Be a team player who shows commitment and dedication while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of performance on high profile/time-sensitive initiatives
