We are currently seeking a Business Process & Strategy Senior Analyst to join our team in Coimbatore or Remote, Tamil N du (IN-TN), India (IN).

As a Digital Workplace Product Manager at NTT DATA, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital workplace solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to define and deliver product strategies that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your leadership and vision will drive the development of products that transform the way businesses operate in the digital age.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our digital workplace solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize customer requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new product features and enhancements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Define and monitor key product performance metrics and take data-driven actions for improvement.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for digital workplace products, providing guidance and support to internal teams and customers.
- Champion the customer experience, ensuring products align with user needs and expectations.
**Required Skills:**
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a product manager in the digital workplace or software solutions space.
- Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies, including collaboration tools, cloud services, and remote work solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Strong technical and Executive acumen
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
**Desired Skills:**
- Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Agile or Scrum certification.
- Experience with user experience (UX) design principles.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI and automation in the workplace.
- Previous experience in product marketing or sales enablement.
- A passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
