In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, Web3 concepts, and the decentralized ecosystem.
Strong understanding of hyperscaler cloud services, blockchain protocols, and large technology companies.
Demonstrated track record in driving revenue growth and establishing successful partnerships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving industry.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the blockchain and Web3 space.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners, and industry trends.
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and
market expansion.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, such as Azure, AWS, GCP, as well as blockchain protocols, and large technology companies.
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at partner
organizations.

4+ years of proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related role in the blockchain, Web3, or technology industry.
