* CTC Bracket: Existing 8Lacs to 12 Lacs

* Qualification: Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics
* ndustry: VRF - HVAC
* Preferred Companies: Dealer of the Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Voltas, Blue Star

Job Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategies and sales initiatives for VRF sales.
* To achieve or exceed overall targets.
* To appoint new Dealers && increase sales of existing dealers.
* Ensure all orders and customer communication is handled promptly and accurately.
* Ensure continuous growth in order booking
* Take appropriate measures and actions to resolve customer problems.
* Maintain a qualitative and healthy pipeline to achieve targets.
* Branding and enhancement of companys name.
* Good rapport with consultants and client.
* To be well informed about market, competition, segment wise growth
Accurate && Prompt reporting && forecasting. .

Skill Sets:

* Knowledge of VRF system is must 
* Consultative selling.
* Pro active
* Excellent Communication skill
* Minimum 5 years of VRF experience is must.
