Job Description

Assist in managing the daily administrative tasks within the pharmaceutical department, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating appointments.
Documentation and Record-Keeping.Prepare, edit, and proofread pharmaceutical documents, reports, and correspondence. Maintain and organize both physical and electronic records, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval. Arrange and coordinate department meetings, including setting up conference calls, booking meeting rooms, and preparing meeting agendas and materials. 

 To assist the HOD.

       Data preparation as per the requirement.

       Making various PowerPoint presentations as per the requirement.

       Respond to and follow up with leadership.

       To monitor and prepare reports on activities and provide relevant management information.

       To prepare agenda for meeting, Sr. Management meeting, etc.

       To prepare minutes of meeting and sharing it with the leadership.

       To regularly follow up for Ticket booking as per requirement.

       To Prepare and maintain an itinerary of reporting authorities and planning travel schedule accordingly.

       To ensure clearing the personal phone bills/Data card bills/petrol bills/monthly field expenses.

       Drafting mails to the field staff on behalf of the HOD.

       To analyze and summarize the different  report.

       To analyze the tour program of the HOD and the departmental staff. Secretary - Preferably a Science graduate or should have worked in the pharma sector. 8-10 yrs of experience.
