Job Description

As a Research Engineer, you will be responsible for building and evolving innovative AI based solutions. You are expected to have in-depth knowledge and acumen to understand the on-going research and harness it to develop products that are ready for the market. At least an undergraduate degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics. 4+ years of experience at cutting edge organizations or startups, 2+ years for MS Research, PhD Candidates. Code, develop design, and architect. features. We expect you to own modules end to end and take pride in the work products you ship. Awareness about the State of the Art techniques in AI research. Proactive attitude, curiosity, and persistence to go the extra mile. Qualifications Strong expertise in utilizing deep learning models to solve industrial challenges related to NLP applications. High proficiency in training & deploying transformer-based language models and their variations using PyTorch Deep Learning Framework. Comprehensive understanding of SOTA Large Language Models (LLMs). Hands-on experience in model compression techniques, including parameter quantization, distillation, etc. Ability to understand & implement research papers. Practical experience in conversational AI technologies, including Natural Language Understanding, Natural Language Generation, and Dialog Systems. Excellent programming skills in Python, with a strong foundation in programming, optimization techniques, and software design. Knowledge of Machine Learning Algorithms, Predictive & Statistical modeling. Experience in handling large amounts of data. Possession of an advanced degree (MS/PhD) in computer science, with a focus on NLP is plus. Open-source contributions would be highly regarded. Additional Information
