Role Description Simplilearn is. looking to hire a Solutions Engineer to support global customer opportunities. This role will be based in Bengaluru. This role is a critical lever to support solution engineering in areas such as Data Science, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, and Data Engineering. The role will involve working with the Enterprise Sales Leaders, Customers, Product teams, Customer Success team, and external partners to develop customized solutions for the customers. Some of the key responsibilities of this position are the following: Be the product and solutions champion of our enterprise customers in Data learning product offerings Lead conversations with customers business teams & technical experts to understand the customers requirements and recommend the best Simplilearn programs Demonstrate the value of the product/platform/solution through presentations, demos, POC, and requirement-gathering workshops Create customized learning solutions for the customers with your deep understanding of data categories and Simplilearns product offerings Work closely with the sales team in delivering world-class product proposals and presentations for customer pursuits Engaging customers through the entire engagement lifecycle from the initial requirement discussion, trial, solution defense, transition, and delivery phase Collaboration with cross-functional teams like Enterprise Sales Leaders, Product teams, Customer Success teams, and external partners Be the expert guiding the product management team in product strategy and roadmap through deep insights from the customer demand Conduct product training for the sales team and Simplilearns partners Desired skills: 5+ years of industry experience focused on solving Data Science, Analytics, and Data engineering challenges Hands-on experience in Python/R and equivalent programming languages Good understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Engineering Technologies Good to have experience in Visualization, Analytics, Data Science, and GenAI Past experience in Solutions consulting or Technical Presales or Data Training roles is highly desired Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
