Job Description
Job Description- Work experience of 12+ years of which at least past 4 years in designing/architecting and implementing applications with web technologies, Services and Databases in a JEE environment
- Architect and Design Solutions for Products satisfying Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Technical Analysts in Requirement and Design sessions to vet feasibility of solution
- Work with engineering and Testing team to communicate how testing, design and implementation all work together using Test Driven Development or Behavior[SR1] Driven Development, Performance Testing, Integration Testing
- Participate in Pre-Sales and Proposals
- Define and enforce best practices across all technologies used
- Technically Lead one or many Projects and Support Implementation
- Mentor Junior People and help them on technical solutions/issues
- Java, JEE, Spring Framework, Junit, JSON, XML, SQL, Eclipse/NetBeans, J2EE, Servlets, JSP/JSF, JAX-RS/WS, Spring MVC/Web Flow/Web Flux/Data, ReactJs/AngularJs, JavaScript, REST, SOAP, XML/XSD, PS/SQL, ElasticSearch, Oracle 11g/SQL Server
- Hands-on experience with SQL, entity modeling, and relational and non-relational databases and star schema
- Strong experience in domain-driven design, UML, Architecture and Design Patterns
- Proficiency with SDLC methodologies including Agile, Iterative methodologies
- Strong Understanding of CMM or other Process
- Good Understanding of Big Data Technologies - HADOOP, Spark
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science/Electronics
- Highly motivated and takes initiative
- Strong communication skills and an ability to interact with all levels of technical and non-technical personnel
- Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills and the ability to develop creative solutions.
- Previous technical experience in the health plan or healthcare industry is preferred.
Required Candidate profile
- Candidate from Tier I & II institute education will be preferred.
- Healthcare domain is also the preference.
- Exposure to big data is a must.
- Candidate should must possess the experience of architecture, product/project management/product engineering, SDLC in java environment.
- Experience on Devops, Azure/cloud is must.
- Team Leading experience is a must
- People management skill
- Minimum experience range should 12 years +.
