Job Description

Source active & passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and complex Internet searches and research.
Use a variety of tools to source, screen and track, qualified candidates.
Develop extensive pipeline candidate pools to fill current

Required Candidate profile

0-5 years of recruitment experience with specific expertise in sourcing candidates (preferably for ITes/BPO industry).
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Able to build strong working relationships
Proficient with MS Office
