Job Description
a) Manage a Team of approx 15 FTE's for a US Customer Support Process - VOICE
b) Manage SLA's Like AHT, CSAT, FCR etc.
c) Handle Supervisory and Escalated Calls.
d) Mentor Team Members as and when required
Required Candidate profile
+ Have worked as TL in an International Voice Process.
+ Know Call Center Metrices like AHT, CSAT, FCR etc.
+ Open to work in Shifts.
+ Have excellent comm skills
+ Willing to relocate to Bangalore if not from Bangalore
