Donor Management
Supporting Fundraising Manager with donor research, solicitation, engagement and special events.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Reporting: Quarterly & Annuall Fundraising & donor reports
Research & build on prospective foundations,individual & corporate donors.
Conduct periodic donor engagement activity.
Develop project concept notes and proposals in collaboration with the program team to submit to potential donors
Secretarial support in making donor appointments, taking minutes of meetings and follow up to ensure timely actions

Required Candidate profile
- Minimum experience of year in a fundraising /communications /partnerships position, preferably in a not-for-profit development office is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required; Database management experience (Salesforce) and proficiency in handling and navigating new media platforms preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; with the ability to critically comprehend policy issues and contemporary socio-political and economic concerns; and to write persuasively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize and prioritise work to fulfil the organisational fundraising goals
- Ability to present information concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work with strict deadlines, delivering on identified targets
