Achievement of Targets: To ensure that the targets in terms of recruitment of Partners / CIA /POSP (Business Partners), Partner activation & Product Sales are met on a month-on-month basis.
Team Review: Motivate team to follow Sales process & review it on regular interval.
Relationship Handling: Maintaining healthy relationships with third parties including AMC, Insurance companies, etc.
Branch Compliance: Ensuring that the branch compliance are followed in coordination with the Head office.
