Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Own end to end strategy of holiday business and Complete P&L ownership of holiday online business . - Drive growth & profitability of Holiday division, evaluate various business models & accordingly design holiday supply & demand side strategies. - Create and implement customer experience strategies (both traveller & vendor side). - Create leadership position in holiday market - Develop proper planning & execution engine - Understand the holiday market and traveller landscape and imbibe deeper understanding of trends in the domestic travel space that can shape / define future of the Domestic portfolio. Knowledge of Outbound and Inbound will be added advantage in selection criteria. - Developing deep domestic and international traveller understanding and trends and accordingly leading the evolution/innovation of travel product - Drive destination strategy and its execution. - Craft a unified strategy across destinations that helps achieves company goals in short and long term - Own the Category Management metrics for each destination and craft improvement plans to impact key metrics for each quarter. - Develop team to evaluate & launch new innovative categories in domestic category. - Creating Holiday team structure and gradually focus on team grooming and successfully managing 100+ members. - Create next generation leaders who can take ahead the holiday business as it grows Desired Skills: - Rich experience in leading Online Holiday Business, with P&L handling experience - Strong Problem Solving - Proven execution capability - Team Management Experience
