Job Description

PResponsibilities: Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve company data. Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating client operations, applications, and programming. Assess database implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations. Install and organize information systems to guarantee company functionality. Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams. Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions. Monitor the system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new features. Recommend solutions to improve new and existing database systems. Educate staff members through training and individual support. Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner. Create Architecture and Design documentation for the applications and present them to the review. board. Create functional design specifications, Azure reference architectures, and design documents and assist with other project deliverables as needed. Creating project and application architecture deliverables that are consistent with architecture principles, standards, methodologies, and best practices. Lead technical design sessions with the development teams, including the creation of class models, sequence diagrams, component models, etc., and detailed design specifications to ensure that architecture standards are followed. Maintain continuous, open, consistent professional communication with customers, peers and team members. Openly listen to others and confirm understanding to ensure everyone is on the same page. Communicating implications of architectural decisions, issues and plans to business and IT Leadership. Defining and validating non-functional (technical) requirements and establishing traceability between requirements and application architecture/design. Providing support/guidance to the development teams during the analysis, development, and testing processes. Providing input to the development of project initiation documents including objectives, scope, approach, estimates, and deliverables, when needed. Working closely with Performance Engineering and our Web/Infrastructure Technology teams on defining the deployment architecture. Learn, learn, and learn by staying up to date on all technical developments related to Azure and other public cloud platforms. Preferred Skills & Experience: Education Qualification: BE / B Tech / MCA / MSc / M. Tech. 12+ years of experience in data architecture or a related field. Strong understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, data integration, data governance, and data quality principles. Experience in designing and implementing complex data solutions using various technologies, such as SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, and cloud-based data platforms (Dataware House, Data Lake, AI/ML, Predictive Analytics, Preventative Analytics, Recommendation Engine, Deep Learning, NLP). Familiarity with relevant regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA, and experience in implementing data solutions that comply with these regulations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other IT professionals, business stakeholders, and executives. Experience in developing and implementing data governance policies, procedures, and standards that ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across the organization. Experience in working with stakeholders, data analysts, data engineers, and other IT professionals to develop a data strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. Experience in evaluating and selecting data-related technologies and tools that support the organization's data architecture roadmap. Experience in conducting data assessments, identifying data quality issues, and recommending solutions to address these issues. Experience in working with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and implementing data solutions using these platforms.
