Visit us at accenture.com Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating. model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. Management Level :9 Work Experience :6-8 years Work location :Bengaluru Must Have Skills : Good To Have Skills : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1 Database Design and Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain efficient MySQL and PostgreSQL database structures to meet application requirements and performance goals Collaborate with application developers to ensure the database design aligns with application needs and business requirements2 Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a team of database developers and administrators, providing mentorship, guidance, and training as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, system administrators, and data analysts, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of databases3 Establish and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures Technical Experience : 1 Experience with database backup, recovery, and disaster planning2 Experience with cloud-based database solutions (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure Database). Professional Attributes : Good Communication skill Educational Qualification : Graduate 15 years of full time education
