Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for an Interior Designer / Team Lead. The Interior Designer / Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team and providing direction on design projects. Day-to-day tasks will include creating design concepts/plans, managing budgets, delivering designs on time, and partnering with clients and project teams. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Experience in leading a team in design projects Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop Excellent project management and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Strong design portfolio demonstrating. creativity and innovation Experience in sustainable design and/or LEED certification is a plus
