Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for an Executive Recruiter at Clipper Oceans Ventures India Pvt Ltd. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and sourcing top talent for executive-level vacancies, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The Executive Recruiter will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, and providing outstanding customer service. Qualifications Experience in executive recruitment and talent acquisition Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top executive-level candidates Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet hiring targets Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field . Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion Experience with diversity and inclusion recruiting efforts is a plus
