Has used SAP/Tally ERP/ ERP Ability to manage time, organize data and solve the loop holes as per co. requirement Should be a graduate in commerce or finance, M.com or MBA Finance. Salary: Salary Negotiable Responsibilities: (Invoice booking, Bank Reconciliation, Dr. & Cr. Note Punch, Customer/Vendor Reconciliation, Ledger & journal entries, Expense booking, Salary Sheet Checking, GST/TDS checking) Responsible for booking of sales entries in (B2B, Mandi Sale/Second Sale, Event sale) of the assigned locations Responsible for booking of all kind of purchase entries Responsible for booking of all Dump stock on regular basis Filing of all bills related to Sales, Purchases and Journal Vouchers Preparing Daily Purchase and Sales report, Margin Report Data Analysis of Purchase and Sales Creditor and Debtors reconciliation Filing of all documents and keeping it ready for audit Responsible for. entries of Payments and Receipts in Ledger Scrutiny - Bill to Bill reconciliation of all the ledgers Entering all the expenses like Rent, Electricity and other bills Petty cash handling and payment processing Bill booking, Ledger reconciliation, Payment follow up, mapping and receipt entry Checking Salary Sheet and maintaining PF sheet Maintaining record of assets at collection center and office. go4fresh focuses on Agriculture.
